Mechanics Simulation Engineer

Scope of Responsibilities
1. Responsible for using simulation software (ANSYS, etc.) to evaluate the thermal fatigue performance of each connection layer (copper-ceramic, copper-solder, etc. interface) of power semiconductor devices in temperature cycle scenarios (considering the plasticity of materials), summarizing rules and making optimization suggestions ;
2. Responsible for using simulation software to evaluate the mechanical performance of power semiconductor device structures under other loads and constraints (including water pressure, bolt locking, high temperature, etc.), and propose structural optimization suggestions;
3. Responsible for formulating the product mechanical design Design Rule (including material selection and structural design), calibrating the physical parameters of the materials involved in the simulation, etc.;
4. Responsible for researching and improving the accuracy of mechanical simulation and establishing fatigue life model;
5. Responsible for the training of new engineers in the field and the writing of related documents.
1. Mechanics, mechanical engineering and other related majors, master's degree or above;
2. Experience in simulation analysis of mechanical simulation projects;
3. Master at least one simulation software, such as ANSYS, ABAQUS, etc.
