Overseas Manager

Scope of Responsibilities
1. According to the company's performance requirements, complete the performance target of the overseas local market and achieve steady growth in performance;
2. Responsible for the construction, maintenance and channel operation of overseas countries, establish a stable and benign distribution channel network, and improve the market share of the company's products in overseas localities;
3. Investigate and understand the market and industry competitive product information, deeply understand customer needs and user feedback, formulate and adjust the business planning and sales strategy of the local market according to the market situation and business development progress, and put forward constructive suggestions for the optimization and development of our products, so as to promote the improvement of the company's product strategy and market strategy;
4. Assist the marketing department to formulate and implement overseas local marketing activities, enhance the company's brand awareness and influence, and promote the achievement of sales performance;
5. Timely follow up and deal with customer inquiries, business negotiations, product testing, order fulfillment and other daily sales business work;
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, Spanish or Spanish communication is preferred, with more than 2 years of channel sales or key customer sales experience related to independent brands going overseas is preferred;
2. Knowledge of the UAV industry, as well as marketing and sales experience in the payload field is preferred;
3. Have excellent negotiation skills and master strong business negotiation skills;
4. Have relevant experience in overseas exhibitions, be familiar with the planning and operation of various online and offline marketing activities, and have successful cases;
5. Strong sense of purpose, result-oriented, good psychological quality, strong ability to work under pressure, good at teamwork, strong self-motivation and learning ability;
