Structural Design Engineer
- Scope of Responsibilities 1. Responsible for the structural design and modeling of the company's products, modeling design, function definition, structural design, proofing, testing and production; to ensure that product design can meet the R & D performance indicators; 2. Formulate non-standard parts and equipment test plans, formulate technology and engineering related drawing documents and product specifications; 3. Participate in stress simulation analysis and dynamic simulation analysis of structural parts, track product 3D proofing test, and trial assembly and acceptance; 4. Write and output technical documents, coordinate and support with the work of other departments.
- Qualifications 1. Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical design, product structure design, etc., experience in drone or intelligent robot design is preferred; 2. Proficient in using 3d modeling software, familiar with one of CAD, CAE, SolidWorks, Pro-E and other software, and the design appearance conforms to the company's overall design style; 3. Innovative thinking, familiar with conventional processing techniques such as injection molds, die-casting molds, sheet metal, CNC, etc. 4. Be able to independently analyze the feasibility of mold opening for mold-opening products, and can evaluate the product mold-opening DFM and make suggestions for improvement; 5. Possess the ability to introduce special processes; be familiar with mechanical design principles; This position accepts outstanding fresh graduates and interns with practical experience in competitions.
